Turkey Tapping...

But does it effect their task by my tap on the that turkey...?

I just don't want to mess anyone up :(

Maybe he couldn't find it though? Sometimes it takes a little while but I don't leave until I tap the Turkey. People lose characters all the time, so I wouldn't be surprised if they couldn't find a Turkey.

Not entirely sure, noone has said nothing about a glitch.

And i reckon people wouldnt stop searching until they found it, longest it took me was about 30 secs cos i shaded out all of the houses and decorations .

It's entirely possible it steals them. I spent a good 10 minutes searching with everything disabled and haven't found it yet. I will be searching more tonight. As of now I'm 1 short, says I have 9/10 for tasks, but 8/10 turkeys. I was even this morning with like 5/10 and 5/10 Turkeys (yes I'm speeding a few up).

Supposedly, a turkey will disappear if you don't find it after calling it for long enough, though. That's what the ingame dialogue says.

I haven't seen this. Does this dialogue appear if you take too long to find a turkey?

Like the OP I accidentally tapped someone's turkey ( not a euphemism ), I definitely have one more than I tapped in my own town....sorry to whoever it was :oops:

You can tap on turkey's in friends towns just like the snake, dogs, lizard, etc.

Weird, I logged in to do a quick check, and my counter was updated to 9... so now it matches again, and I never tapped that turkey I mentioned earlier. Maybe it didn't sync or something?

I haven't been tapping the turkeys that Lisa calls in my own town; but thanks to TotalTapper's town, I've got my whole quota filled already.
