Twitchy Brown Houses?
It's not just you. Similar things happen to my brown and orange houses on occasion, esspecially when I have more than two out. I don't know why.

Its normal, its rubbish programming. The bigger your town gets the more often you seem to see glitches, I used to see them rarely, but I dont think a day goes by where I dont see an exploded house or a fence of molemen or something similar.
