As it is, Moe is a pretty boring character within the game.

Yes to this! And I'm sure it's been requested many times, but I would love a Flaming Moe's skin too!

Moes Tavern has had a few different names over the years, all with the potential of having a Skin of the bar
Here is the list of them;

Wisky a Moe-Moe (A dream Moe painted) Parody of Whisky a go-go in LA

M (restaurant inspired by college professor.)
Meaux's (flash back, in Three Gays of the Condo)
