I feel like the only ball they dropped is not pulling the tasks which became unavailable to us. Example: It listed kids could still spawn nightmares from the fire, when they were changing over to brow...

Except EA didn't.
The Star Spawn's still create brains for craft-able items, given that the Sunken Temple is a long task, even longer with the faulty clock, you can just sit there all day collecting Craft-able resources.
I bought a stack of them until I hit zero brains, already back up to 1000 brains, mind you the rest of my resources are over 10k.
