For years we got updates first. We'll be OK.
Just to be clear (and I’m pretty sure this subject has been discussed in earlier threads on this issue), this is not necessarily an EA issue. The time lag between developer submission of an app and its release/availability on Apple’s servers is pretty variable — anywhere from minutes to hours.
