Update: Pride Month 2015

being from Pittsburgh I had to get a steel mill ( we don't have working ones anymore but hey it's our history) but yeah I had to put stuff away to place the mill.

He does come with the building. His first task is with Flanders (who is busy in my town). I sent Roscoe on a 4 hour visual task. I only see 3 tasks in the task menu, but that could change after the quest line.

I just bought it. Currently Roscoe only has three tasks. An 8 hour - Chat With Flanders (first task in questline), a 4 Hour - Work Hard, and a 24 hour task which I can't remember.

The update has apparently fixed Cecil's four hour task of practicing stand-up. It's now animated and he is standing in front of the opera stage.
Don't know about the other glitched tasks, haven't tried them yet.

Looks like this fixed Cecil's Practice Stand-up task.

Now the real question is how many rainbow flags and trees I buy? Most likely 100+ :P I bought two billboards since they were so cheap.
