Update speculation makes no sense
Yeah we'll the simpsons show isn't entirely consistent with things as you would know, I mean in the stonecutters ep the Simpsons house was behind the power plant

Those of us who played the game from the beginning didn't get an actual content update until September & that was a few weeks after it put it back in the App Store so everyone can download it. Because before only the people who originally got on March 1st 2012 were playing the game & we only had it until level 20.
The updates we were given during those months only consisted of bug fixes, stability fixes & other problems. They gave us the free 60 donuts in June as a reward for sticking by the game becuase of all the issues.
