Updated but won't start THOH
I've updated and the splash screen appears. No dialog starts and the game will crash if I select the move or storage icon on a building or decoration. I've restarted my device and done two complete...

Yeah don't count on the support guys for help.
Just keep going from support guy to support guy until you find one who gets it. I've had to do that a few times. Most of them follow their script and know nothing about the game. They are as useless as my Internet provider's support line. The support guys are probably outsourced minimum wage people who don't even own a mobile device.
The last time I had contacted support was the bug where donuts disappeared randomly. I started a support chat 5 or 6 times in 3 days. A few told me "we have to restore your account from a backup" and eventually one guy told me "oh yeah this is happening to many people, how many donuts did you lose?" and I told him, and he gave them to me right there and then.
It's a lottery.
