- The upgrade tiers unlock more items for crafting. So if you want other items that are shown in the craft menu, you need to purchase the upgrades. You need to purchase like 10 upgrades to get to level 2 - which unlocks additional items to craft. If you scroll through all the prizes, you will see "Requires Level 2" or "Requires Level 3". So if you want those items, then you will need to purchase the upgrade tiers.
Don't think there's any information on if you should only upgrade vs crafting available first. It might be personal preference. I know I bought all the quantities of every available item and only have the upgrades left to do (still at 0 bars). This helped me get the silver card and one of the tower decorations. So not sure if that makes a difference, but I felt it best to get it out of the way. Now I can concentrate on upgrades. GamerGD3 wrote:

Thanks for the 411... I guess we have to look at the prizes and see which we want to go for first :P- If you look at the top of the Burns' Casino Crafting page then you can see 10 slots between "Level 1" and "Level 2"
My understanding (I haven't started upgrading my self yet) is that you get on slot for each "Upgrade Tier" you craft.
In other words you need to craft 10 "upgrader Tier" to upgrade to level 2.
At level 2 you will unlock "Cowgirl Sign", "Exotic Tree", "Sequence Fountain 2", "Sequence Fountain 3" and "Life-sized Spruce Moose" for crafting (and properly more of some of the level 1 craft able items)Should we be doing that first instead of buying other stuff?
Good question. I really think that is up to you.
It depends on you want to get the "Club Card Points" rewards first or the higher level grafting item first.
(crafting "Upgrade Tier" do not give any Club Card Points like all the other craft able items).
I don't really think it makes much of a deference in the long run whether you focus on upgrading first or focus on Club Card points rewards first. - If you look at the craftable items, it tells you which are unlocked at Tier 2 and which are at Tier 3.
- I decided on upgrading first, since I like the level 2 prizes way more than the llevel 1 prizes.
- Anyone understand why 50 horseshoes gives one bar for upgrade tier as well as the 40 coasters that give one bar for tier upgrade.
You figure if you need more for another it would give 2 bars not 1 like the other which takes less.
Guess to me it just doesn't make sense. Big82S wrote:

Probably loosely based on the probability of getting each of the materials and on what they can be used to make. Just a guess, though.GamerGD3 wrote:

Wow, I need to win 800-900 crafting items to reach lvl 3. I want the Safari Casino above all else but not sure if I'll make it.
Just have to save my material to the end wit fingers crossed and wait and see.
Thanks for the info!!!- Still shouldn't be like hey tappers if you bought a couple of lights you won't be able to get top prize in that category cause you'll never catch up. Have fun.
From everyone else it seems that's how it's going.
Let's hope EA will be awesome again and make the drops a little less hard to get. As long as I get at Spruce moose I'm pretty good but an extra building won't hurt.
