The only thing I hate about the smartphones is that it costs chairs and coffee cups to produce! So annoying.
But it DOES. You need to sit down and drink lots of coffee to produce smartphones - ARGH!!! My old iPad just died! It wont switch on! ARGGGGHHHHH!!!

Keep building other buildings and your value will increase. Condo's are probably the best imo as they're only 15 chairs and chairs are so easy to get.
and if youve got to much chairs, just invest them in jetskis or golden plants^^Grumpstown wrote:

there isnt, im keeping at least one of every stage^^
Is there a way to switch between the different 'skins' for the condos/upgradeable buildings (like the Radioactive Man statue)?
Me too! :)- So much grinding
- This Modern Mansion ground level balcony is confusing me...
- It is SUPER tedious collecting items in order to progress, Im just doing everything else, watching Youtube, writing here etc while collecting items. Its sucks that the pill factory only makes 4 pills every 12mins (if you havent reached 30+ mill)...
You need to plug your device in as having the game constantly open drains battery fast.
Also, Ive noticed that I have to go to neighbours and back again to get my tasks to be awarded and new stuff in the store to become available. This is a bug Im sure theyll fix. - I havent had chance to play the game at all today and falling massively behind :(

A few things about this update that I have noticed.
First, the dialog boxes for building/unlocking appear a tad misleading. When you try to build/unlock something for which you do not have enough resources, you get a dialog box with a donut cost in pink. Usually that has meant that if you tap on the pink donut cost you spend those donuts, but in this dialog box, you have a blue "DO IT" button also, which I BELIEVE (Have not tested since I do not want to spend donuts) will spend your donuts. I think some people are spending donuts when they did not intend to...
Next, this is a totally different 'feel' for the game. I am used to spending time collecting, assigning tasks, and other general gameplay tasks, then leaving for a time, but this update needs to be constantly watched as all of the tasks (so far) are just a few minutes in length with the smallest of payouts...which compells us to play constantly in order to make any progress...
Lastly, if indeed this is something we are going to be working with for the long haul, how will we be able to balance other quests with the needs of Springfield Heights since nearly all of the main players seem to be needed constantly in order to progress in this area?
I am not trying to bash the update as it is far too soon to know how it will play out, however, playing last evening did not feel like I was playing Tapped Out...it felt very different...
The Do It button means you do it yourself instead of using donuts.amfstone904 wrote:

Yep, I just used it. It doesn't spend any of your donuts
