Well, that's 40 mins of my life I won't get back.

If you looked a little further, a thread mentioned a new services that assisted with a favorable out come.

Apologize that I don't know how to make it a hype link.

    Damn that stinks. I can understand why they wouldn't do this worldwide but for some of the largest markets this should be available- my sympathies UK people!

    Re: your chat session. That's unprofessional even if it's a seemingly simple fix, the person should have waited until you confirmed the problem was solved to close out the session. This was just plain lazy and rude. Hopefully you can reestablish a chat and get a solution and make sure you note the unprofessional behavior so you get their full attention.
