What Changed with the July 21st-September 24th Updates? (Updated)

I just noticed that Lisa and Skinner lost their 8 hour jobs.

the latest update changed nothing. useless updates are useless. back to grind

The Conformity Bonus tracks both a +% to XP and money. Since these buildings only give it to XP, which as LPNintendoITA stated in one of the walkthroughs was abnormal, they probably aren't represented there and are a hidden bonus.

works as normal buildings so its needed to be placed
