What changed with the Superheroes updates? (Updated to March 25th update)

Thanks for this, I always read these after updates :thumbup: But I'm pretty sure Cletus's farm has always been that way and what task do I put Freddy on to see new animations?

Is there anything to indicate that the land expansions got cheaper? Because I bought quite a bit of land from the two most recent strips, and I was expecting it to take most of my savings, which were at six mil. I still have five mil left.
