What does "Removed one strip of unprogrammed land." mean?

I said the questline's quest was made premium not that it was rendered permanent

it means there're several strips of land unprogrammed but prepared to be programmed, one of them was removed

I know this. Just ticked that it has not returned. It seems she was supposed to keep this task, not lose it.

Mindy's missing hers. Also Number One, Ralph, Stampy, Mr. Teeny & Shauna are the ones needing 4hr tasks.

Finally got the full update, got the destroyed brown house, and tapped on it (I'm tap happy), accidently changed it to the holiday lights brown house, so I tried to change it back, and got a regular brown house. I see you can buy the destroyed brown house for $50k...ugh.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think my Spuckler brood pay out any more. Maybe I have been tapping on them while they are behind criminals and buildings - so I can't tell. I became suspicious of this yesterday. Can anyone confirm that they still pay out?
