If you want a house farm get the spooky houses for 30 obols each. I have a 586% multiplier and it works out each house is $515 and 325xp (with x5 on). So say you just spent 990 obols (33 houses) in my situation it would be about $17000 and 10000xp every 4 hours (4 hours because that's how often events seem to make you log in). Look at your multiplier and cash and decide if you need a little farm to help boost it. You'll still have 1500 obols left, heck get 66 houses, you'll have 500 left plus a few days to build it up.
