This keeps happening to a lot of people. It's BS.

Using the OP's picture, I added the white line to show which field is in front of the marker:

Clearly the cash is the appropriate prize. As much as the prize sucks, the game is being fair based on where the wheel stopped. Hardly what I would call a "scam".
If it was the other way around and the snowman was in front of the marker, but the tip was pointed at cash, would you complain it gave you the snowman?
