When to drop non-playing friends?
I'll drop when they have nothing to tap. Usually that's about four weeks. I'll keep some long time neighbors that only play for events and I know will come back.

What i find difficult to do it cut/drop someone from my friends list when they have been one of my 1st neighbours even though it would appear they are not playing anymore :( I have one that is now approaching 8weeks but would feel guilty if i cut him :(
Guess it all depends on how well you know your neighbours to whether they get cut or not, cutting after 1week of non playing seems harsh to me though as that person could be ill or on holiday!
