When to drop non-playing friends?
I'll drop when they have nothing to tap. Usually that's about four weeks. I'll keep some long time neighbors that only play for events and I know will come back.

I give about a week. If there's nothing for me to tap after that, I delete them. I add people through the finding friends threads, so I don't feel about deleting them since I don't know them in real life and there is always new people to add.
