When to drop non-playing friends?
I'll drop when they have nothing to tap. Usually that's about four weeks. I'll keep some long time neighbors that only play for events and I know will come back.

During events, I will check their last login on my list if they have nothing to tap after 3 days. If they haven't logged in for a week I delete them. I have a job where I can play around on my phone so I play multiple times a day. When there is no event I wait a few weeks.
