When to drop non-playing friends?
I'll drop when they have nothing to tap. Usually that's about four weeks. I'll keep some long time neighbors that only play for events and I know will come back.

It depends on the person and town they have. 2-3 weeks then I delete. If I really like there town, I will wait 4-6 weeks. Sadly if there are no activities from them, then I will delete.
