When to drop non-playing friends?
I'll drop when they have nothing to tap. Usually that's about four weeks. I'll keep some long time neighbors that only play for events and I know will come back.

For me it's anywhere from 3 days to 4 weeks. I still have some friends from when I started playing a year ago so I am a little more lenient to them then I would be to a new friend who takes a month to level from 16 to 17. I guess it just depends on how patient and forgiving you are.
