Where did Live Chat go???

OK. Have you clicked the 'more options' tab to the bottom right of the e-mail thing? If you have, they may have taken it away... I'm pretty certain it didn't use to be there and they may have removed live chat again. :-\

I noticed this too but mine says "live chat unavailable on Sundays". Still says it today too though.
Also for some reason my current conversation has had the order rearranged and anythings rep said to me is gone. Their support is just getting worse by the day.
