- I've been playing TSTO for over 2 years now.. weird to think it's been around that long. I took a very long break since life got busy. Now I am back into it and i'm level 54, and don't have enough room in my town.
The main reason i play now is to keep up with updates and see what new comes. Also i'm thinking of redesigning my town and that takes a LOT of work for a full town. yelp818 wrote:
Games like these have no natural end, as long as they are regularly updated. So what's the point of playing?
Isn't that like asking what's the point of living? The point is to enjoy the ride and set your own goals- When it stars to feel like a chore more than a game.
When you are going through the motions instead of working towards something.
When you start to complain a lot more than normal about the game more than discussing it.
When you start to think EA is making a money grab instead of continuing the game.
When you can't bother to visit neighbors because there's no point in earning the money/XP.
When you are willing to waste donuts or don't see the point of trying to earn more.
Any mix of these starting to occur is a good sign IMHO that maybe it's time to give the game a rest or quit the game... efin98 wrote:

And this - wadebear10 years agoRetired HeroWhat's the point of playing Solitaire? It's just the same thing over and over but millions of people play it every day.
- There's a rumor that there are clues in the game to the whereabouts of an actual gold bart that is buried somewhere in the U.S. or in Bedfordshire, England.
I am playing until gold bart is found. - I'll quit playing when either EA stop supporting the game of when I become bored with it and at the moment I'm far from bored in fact I love reading the witty text written for the characters and I just can't stop tapping the circus every time I see it, while they keep adding good content and keep up the great writing I'll keep playing.

When I post a thread like this. It will likely be when I am halfway done with a skydiving jump and decide not to open the chute. FYI - I don't skydive.
http://gifsforum.com/images/gif/lol/grand/58630627-lol-reaction.gif- I'll only stop playing when this game is stopped! 8) Which i hope it never does :D
