Why are people against graffiti?

The only reason i can think of is sometimes the righteous rating will get buggy and not go back to normal till the next day. But the part people dont get is. If they use the blue ? They would see what items affect the righteous rating. And figure out ways to hide training walls, hail ants signs, and even stop signs they could make it so that their rating never drops at all. So IMHO people over react to the graffiti thing.
