Why don't we get access to all past Christmas building skins?

Well, people have been complaining a lot about all of the old content, that might be one reason. Also, after four years, it's starting to be a large collection of items, maybe just too many to bring...

Well they left out certain items at Halloween, like Maude and Booberella, along with more that I am probably not thinking of. So they may not release everything.
