You make a good point Brett. I'm just kind of using history as a guide for my speculation, which doesn't always pan out. If the takedown update doesn't bring Halloween they could wait until next week to add Halloween. I read a thread a while back that said Halloween was always released the week before the episode. This years THOH is not airing until the 19th unfortunately, so if that pattern held true we won't be seeing the new update at all this week.
