Will Halloween really come tomorrow
There's usually a bit of downtime after a big event before new content is released. Odds are Halloween won't hit until Thursday. Perhaps on Wednesday if we are really lucky.

Everybody seems to be convinced CoC will actually end tomorrow and Halloween will actually start tomorrow too, but nothing is guaranteed until it happens. You could have some last-moment glitches that prevent roll-out, maybe EA wanting to drag out CoC for an extra day to see if more people buy the Bart deal, whatever. I'm pretty confident we'll see Halloween launched tomorrow and I'm hoping for it, but best not to get your hopes up too high before the fact.
