Finally got through on the phone to EA. Their response was they are aware of it and (delete as applicable) we don’t know how to fix it / we can’t fix it / the problem is too small for us to care about / yadda yadda yadda now shut up and leave us alone.

I guess Disney’s money didn’t change much.
