The game is bugged and matches are not starting properly. After waiting, the match eventually ends and I get counted as if I abandoned the game, even though I never left.
I do not have any connection or internet issues on my side. My internet is working perfectly in other games and apps. Now I am restricted from playing, and I do not even know how long the restriction will last.
I also paid real money for a booster, and now I am forced to waste it because of this issue. If the game has problems like this, the restriction window should at least be shorter or not applied when the match fails to start.
I am asking for the restriction to be reviewed and for my booster/points to be refunded, because I am losing them due to a game-side issue, not because I abandoned any matches.
Update: I was finally able to play again, and now another issue happened. I reached the third round, then the screen went completely black.
Now I cannot leave the match because I am worried the game will count it as another abandonment and give me another restriction. So I am basically stuck waiting in a broken match, hoping the other player leaves first.
This is extremely unfair. I was clearly winning the fight, and now another booster is being wasted for nothing because of a game bug. This is not a connection issue on my side and it is not me abandoning matches.
Please review this issue. Players should not be punished or lose paid boosters because the game freezes or gets stuck on a black screen.
Happened to me as well twice, game would go into a loop and then say it unexpectedly ended then all of sudden I’m restricted from playing for at least 15 minutes it seems, that bug is annoying and also the bug of you guys fighting in the pocket and then all of sudden someone gets knocked back 20 feet to the other side of the octagon
EA get on it please, also fix the lag issues with button pressing, my fighter barely responds when inputting combos
For real this happened to me too so lame.
Has anyone got a fix for this issue yet? I am also stuck in the loop of disconnecting every game and getting penalty after penalty.
Same thing here, I played the trial 10 hours no issues it happened maybe once or twice I bought the ultimate edition and now I literally can’t play one game. It’s a joke considering how much the game is
