I appreciate the troubleshooting suggestions, but I don’t believe this is an issue with my connection.
I’m playing on PS5 using a stable home broadband connection, and I don’t experience these problems in any other online games. My connection is consistently reliable, and I haven’t noticed any packet loss or instability outside of UFC 6.
The issues I’m experiencing are:
- Frequent empty octagon matchmaking where the fight never starts.
- “Connection to your opponent has been lost” messages during or immediately before fights.
- Failed matches resulting in wasted XP boost time.
- Occasional matchmaking restrictions after failed matches that were outside of my control.
I’ve also seen many other players reporting the same problems on the EA Forums, Reddit and other social media platforms, so it appears this is affecting more than just my account.
I’ve already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, but the issues continue. If there’s any additional information or logs I can provide that would help the team investigate, I’d be happy to do so.
