4-Star St Pierre

I have the 3 star St Pierre. And I have him at 1216 power, which I think is pretty good. He is at rank 8 right now. So my question is about the 4 star St Pierre. I bought the ticket that unlocked the UFC Legends under his name. I have totally completed the UFC 65 campaign with all 100% done. Do I have to totally complete EVERY UFC event listed for him to receive the 4 star St Pierre? Or does he arrive somewhere in the middle of the campaigns? Thanks in advance,
