Ads Not working

I've never had a problem with the ad videos in the game, this issue just started yesterday. I've uninstalled the game,factory reset my phone ,reset my advertising i.d and made sure I have no ad blockers on. I've never had an issue and have done everything I can to try and fix the issue. So it's not my phone or anything else, it's on y'all's side. The game server side is having an issue where it's not loading the ad to let me watch it. I need to watch an ad as part of the daily objectives to get the battle pass 5000xp but it won't load. I'm missing out on ranking up in the battle pass because I'm unable to watch the daily objective ad that gives you battle pass 5000 xp..
