Battle pass bug

Question

Hi. I'm having a problem purchasing levels on the current battle pass and wasn't able to find a solution by googling.

To recreate the problem I Opened the battle pass section of the game, pressed "purchase levels" then selected how many levels I wanted to purchase. once selected, I go to press the "purchase levels" button to buy the levels and instead of the command going through the button just presses and does nothing.

when I click the "X" button to come out of the purchase levels option I get the error message "you've lost connection to our servers. Please login again. (683306280135184384)"

I don't think it's an error on my part as all other aspects of the game, including buying other things with ufc points is working normally. I have however, recently updated my phone settings to a new version.

I am using samsung galaxy a52s software version A528BXXS2DWB5 which was released on 15th february.

Please can you look into this issue for me, thanks in advance.

nope they never got back to me, dead game to be honest. glad to know it isn't just me though

think so yes, again nothing. contact support&nbsp; who don't even know this game exists, they just tell me to login through the game using instructions for the first ufc mobile and not this one. I wouldn't expect this issue to be resolved to be honest xD
