I removed the first image because it contained some personal account info we recommend not sharing on a public space.

Have you tried restarting your device to see if that helped pushed the transaction through to your account?

When you load up UFC 2 Mobile, try going to Settings and clear the cache for the game. Then restart it and let me know if it shows up.

As long as you're synced up with Google/Apple your progress will be saved if you re-install the game. Sometimes that might be necessary when features in game are not showing up for players. 

I have the same problem too, I purchased the battle pass booster but it only gives me the premium battle pass without extra levels. I restarted my device and it doesn't work, please give me the booster or refund
