Bug in game

So i have 2 bugs currently that wont let me progress any further into game .. First are the quest when i open them the game wont let me to choose anything it becomes darker and stays like that .. second is at the events camp recruitments it happens the same thing. I have been clearing chaches uninstalling the game and nothing happens still the same
