campaign bug

I have completed campaign stage 3 a few weeks ago and still don't have stage 4 available to me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times and im currently on the latest version of uf...

Did you complete all difficulty levels for your other campaigns?

    yes I completed all difficulty levels in the campaign. I completed stage 1, stage 2, and stage 3. My campaign is 100% completed.  There's nothing else to do in my campaign and stage 4 isn't showing for me to start it. I also didn't receive my fighter frame that's in the rewards for completing stage 3
