@b49ec127c0194358 You're likely missing an unlock key, somehow missed by the tutorial flow. You might have some luck contacting https://help.ea.com/en/ufc/ufc-mobile-2 , if Customer Support received a pack containing the missing keys and they're able to grant it, but I can't guarantee it
