Earning T3 and T4 generic rank items

The UFC two mobile game is not letting me earn T3 and T4 generic rank items after completing the training events.

Yes for T3 and T4 training events

  It acts like it does when I complete it but it does not show up in my inventory when I go to rank up my fighters.
