missing content : 4star Conor Mcgregor that I bought with 850points that I gathered everyday with constant effort. But He is missing now with 850points because sudden error occured as I bought him by 850points that I gathered everyday! Please help me solve this problem!

the screenshot attached is infamous pack.... it is right. But I didn't have a time to take a photo of screenshot of 850points special offer at that time, because the error was so sudden that I couldn't take the screenshot of 850points pack as fastly as I could. But at that period, I was thinking with an agony, "Shall I buy 300points infamous pack, or shall I buy 850points 4star conor guarantee pack?" So I took the screenshot of Infamous pack to ask other gamer ,"between Infamous pack which costs 300points, and 4star Conor Mcgregor guarantee pack which costs 850points, what is better?" And his answer was, "850points pack is better...." After reading his reply, I bought 850points 4star Conor Mcgregor guarantee pack without screenshot cuz I decided to buy 850points pack at that time without no more hesistant. That is why I don't have the screenshot of 4star Conor Mcgregor guarantee pack screenshot!
the infamous pack screenshot is used just to explain about 4star Conor Mcgregor more easier. That is all. The thing I bought during Irish event was not infamous pack which cost 300points(30% 4star conor mcgregor, I know that), but was 850points pack which guarantees 100% 4star Conor Mcgregor. Unfortunately, I don't have the screenshot of 850points Irish event special offer pack(I don't know the specific name of the pack) because I didn't have a time to take a screenshot of that pack when I bought it because of super fast sudden error which occured during the purchase(and then the app suddenly was quitted and the 4star Conor Mcgregor disappeared and 850points were deducted from my points, not 300points!).
Then, without screenshot proof, what can I do to get compensated 4star Conor Mcgregor who was disappeared with 850points which were deducted as purchase?
Please let me know the solution about this issue

I used this screenshot image of Infamous pack(costed 300points, not 850points) just to explain 4star Conor Mcgregor eaiser. That is all. I already know that in case of Infamous pack, it doesn't guarantee 4star Conor Mcgregor 100%. I already know this fact, but I didn't buy this Infamous pack, but bought 850points 4star Conor Mcgregor pack instead.
let me know the solution of deducted my 850points and missing 4star Conor Mcgregor issue.
