[EVENT] 24-Carrot Gold

Hi team,

I installed the game last month and started playing it when the 24k event was starting .. I leveled up pretty fast as I played for hours n hours .. I love this game .. I joined a Guild fir more fun n rewards .. So I started completing campaigns, Egg hunt event and the event Quests.. I completed all the events except the 1 that needs frames.. To earn frames I completed the Gild Guild quest however, I didnt receive the rewards due to which I cannot buy them In the egg change market.. its greyed out.. I hav the pain brushes and completed the quest but still cannot get them in Egg change market.. So i started asking abt this to other guild members and they told me to check here.. i didnt get anything here except 1 guy who faced the same issue .. you can check his topic ‘Missing frames’ After all that i tried to contact via chat.. 10-11 days ago .. the first advisor told he sent it to Specialist team and closed the case in 3 days the second advisor said the same thing in another words .. she closed the case too.. when i contacted the third time .. the advisor told me to come here .. and all this time was wasted running in circles and now I only hav 2 days for the event to end.. 🤦🏻‍♂️
