Having problems with the game kicking me out of the match before it starts!!!!

I keep getting kicked out of the match right when I try to start the match and when I get right back to the game I lose my fighter and this has been going on ever since I started playing the game and...

Sorry to hear that's happening, I'm sure we can get this fixed with some quick troubleshooting. 

What of device do you play on and do you get an error message when you get kicked out?

Please check your device's software to make sure it has the latest update. Uninstall the game and restart your device before reinstalling the game again.
