How to enable offers for UFC coins by playing other games?

Why are some players given in game options to earn UFC coins by playing other games while others are not given this option? Multiple members of the guild have in game offers to play various different games to earn UFC coins, I and others in the guild are not given this option. Why is that and what can one do to receive such offers. To be clear I am not referring to the offers to purchase various products or do surveys those are available for all. I am specifically asking about the opportunity to play different games that will reward UFC coins.

    Hey I spoke with Tapjoy and it’s an iOS problem. No games allowed by apple any longer to contain these ads.

    Not sure why your having that issue, Maybe they only released it to a limited amount of players or your game is glitched/bug. If that's the case,try uninstalling the game and reinstalling. Make sure you go to the settings tab in the game and make sure your game is linked so your games progress is saved before you uninstall..  Also if your on a android phone go to your Google setting and reset your ad advertising I.d, then install game..
