Yes, this is a bug. The problem is that the tutorial is very sensitive to the sequence of actions. Apparently you took a wrong turn somewhere. There are two ways: either try to manually restart the missed training or start over. The first option does not always work, the second is easier, but then you will lose achievements.

@Markkisselev Thanks for the reply. Is it possible to solve this issue through the support center? In fact, it's not my fault that the game is running with an error. I spent time on the passage, but as a result I can't use the functionality and I will need to start all over again.
