Alright so this may be petty but it would be effective. Now especially with people leaving and guilds shrinking or seeing players not signing in the WORST part is the guild members with plenty of power to participate in daily raids logging in to grab the raid rewards they no longer participate in. As an admin in my guild I understand the direct way in which I can handle this myself. I do handle this stuff myself. However as the only active admin that does do anything the leader has specified in the guild membership clause or rules I find that removing members, especially now with tensions high and honestly no one happy about the game that it only discourages others and often times causes conflict. Why not implement that only those who join AND participate with at least a fight in the raid are able to reap the rewards. Seems simple and straightforward to me and it’d save some additional BS that is dragging the life and fun out of this game. This one is only based upon me and my experience, I only know what a few other admins in my guild have felt about this so I don’t really have the basis to speak on other’s behalf.
