quests are locked

quests are locked! I've completed campaign stage 3 but my daily quests and solo quests are locked.

      We do not have a specific time-frame to share. The team is looking to address it as quickly as possible though.

        Thanks Blueberry. I've already contacted about this problem through live chat for three weeks. Then they said same thing as you said. So I've been worried about this problem.
