The Last Straw
Okay.. hear this out.
I have filed 2 support tickets in the last 48 hours. Not a single response from anyone.
I have sent multiple DM's to multiple EA employees. Not a single response from anyone.
Where do I need post / message to get an actual response from a living human being that is employed at Electronic Arts?
The issue is this, I have no problem spending money on a game I enjoy, however when its literally a scam, I do have an issue with it.
I bought $100 of UFC points multiple times.. However, when I bought them on May 9th, I woke up the next day noticing the markets are gone/changed and my $100 US Dollars is now worth $25.60 US Dollars..
I have requested a refund, declined, I submitted a review on it, declined.
How is this not a scam? Do the right thing and either refund or grant me the proper amount of coins..
