@Markkisselev please, if you are not an EA employee, then please do not give out useless advice, thereby you simply confuse other users. I did not immediately realize that your advice is the advice of another user, and not someone from EA, as a result, the problem has not been solved in any way for two months, and I am corresponding with a person who cannot help in solving it in any way

First of all, you are writing a request for a solution to the problem in an inappropriate post.
Second, you are not personally addressing anyone, so you are addressing everyone.
Thirdly, your request is already fixed in the corresponding topic, it would be logical to remind about your problem there.
Fourthly, specially to avoid misunderstanding, under my comments a banner is placed that I am not a representative of EA.
