GAMEPLAY CHANGES


Hey UFC Champions!

We've made some changes to gameplay that address a lot of the feedback that we received regarding speed, responsiveness, etc.

  • Reduced the damage of all strikes significantly. At the same time, increased the gain rate of stamina by a lot. The result is each hit does less damage but you'll get to use abilities far more often.
  • Swiping back will now always result in a step back or sidestep. This will give you a lot more control in moving around the octagon!
  • We've lowered the "Stun lock" time, we've also changed the animation to be defensive instead of the current wobble stun.
  • We removed the "double stumble back" when both fighters strike at the same time. Now they'll both take the hit.
  • We've replaced the initial strikes of the light combos to always be Straights, so you'll no longer spam shin kicks.
  • We've tuned the AI to be much more responsive and active.

    Hello everyone! I think that these change are great. The gameplay is exactly what most ufc1 players were expected...  Thanks and congratulations to the the team!

      Unless it specifies it on the message I don't believe so. Will double check and also pass along the idea of offering one of that's something you think would incentivize more feedback.

      Even if there isn't a reward and not to sound cheesy but the real reward will be better experiences for future events. The feedback the team gets from surveys like that will help guide them on a path towards more fun and rewarding experiences for players.
