I understand your frustration, I also have more questions than answers. I'll try to answer some of your questions:
About the game crashing after 5 fights: everything is stable on my device. Please specify on what device you play on, the version of the OS and under what circumstances the game crashes.
As for the plans for the game, only the developers can say. After we lost contact with the developers, unfortunately we can't ask them. But by all outward signs, the developers do have plans for the game.
This incidentally partially answers your next question about the abandoned game. The game is not abandoned, but rather put on pause. UFC 5 release should be very soon, so most likely all the developers' efforts are directed to it, so that the launch would be smoother.
Regarding the UFC mobile 1. The developers tried restarting it. But because of the outdated engine of the game, any update broke something elsewhere, so the developers decided to create ufc mobile 2 as a new game.

I have an iPhone 14 and for the most part it works fine for like 4 or 5 games and then eventually after I finish a fight or before it can even start it crashes and I have to revive my fighter
