Abilities shut off mid game.

PC: Nvidia: APEX: EA launcher: roughly 3:45pm Central
Multiple times today with fuse both abilities will not trigger when keyed...
In the video below I had used clusters and ult earlier in the match multiple times 
I did have an alter teammate and we used her abilities throught till the end game as well 
I have not tried other legends yet but in the clip below the audio doesnt seem to have captured but im spamming "q" (tactical) to try and farm the people stuck in the crates but nothing happens.
later in the game the samehappens with ULT 
My abilities just shut off at certain points in matches today.
